We're reopening...

I just want to say thank you to everyone for all the support and love over the last few months, it has really been an odd and difficult time for everyone but you've all kept me motivated and knitting!

With the new government guide lines we are able to reopen on the 15th of June. Having read all the guidelines and advice possible we have come to the decision to re open and to do so very carefully and we will see how it goes and make changes to our opening hours / distancing as we go along. 

To start with we'll be opening 10am til 1pm Monday to Saturday (we will be closed all day on Wednesdays) and only 1 person at a time. Upon entering we will ask everyone to use the hand sanitiser at the front of the shop and then keep a 2m distance from myself. After each person leaves I will be cleaning down all door handles, card machines and any surfaces touched. 

We will also be doing appointments in the afternoons for those who want to know they won't have to wait to enter the shop. These will be 30 minutes appointments from 1.15pm till 4pm.

Remember that if you are not ready to leave the house we are still available for mail order or Facetime appointments to give virtual tours of the shop and help you virtually shop! 

Payments : Contactless payments is our preferred method, but we are still accepting cash and normal card payments too. 

Any returns will be kept to the side for a minimum of 48 hours and we ask you to have it in a bag ready for us to store in the back.
